the hotel is in a great location with a short taxi ride to the centre i saw a supermarket behind the hotel i found nice cafes in front the hotel faces the marina the food was delicious for both breakfast and dinner i was really pleased with the variety. the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel gave my husband a bottle of cava it was a nice touch.
the shower was difficult to operate i did not like that there was no walk in shower i think a walk in shower would have been much better i found the shower a bit outdated.

I had a really nice stay. The location is perfect for city exploration. I got a discount on my room rate due to a late arrival because of flight delays. Red Level access provided complimentary drinks in the early evening before going out. That was welcome. Breakfast had great choices and my room was super clean, modern, and well-furnished.

The breakfast selection was superb and offered many choices. The pool bar provides delicious food and refreshing drinks. I enjoyed a croissant with my morning coffee. That was a really nice touch.
the hotel had a beautiful pool area, it was well looked after by the staff!
The double bed was just two single beds pushed together. There was a big gap. housekeeping tried to improve it by putting on a double mattress protector, but there was still an uncomfortable gap which interfered with our sleep. the receptionist was very unfriendly and didn't even smile.

The room booked was a Supreme Room Sea Cathedral View. The mattress was great and pillows were excellent. The room get cleaned twice a day and the service overall was excellent.
the staff was consistently helpful . breakfast was a good experience with many options. the views of the marina were lovely adding to the overall enjoyment of my stay. i particularly appreciated the upgraded pool area, it was first class.
the check-in process felt impersonal lacking the warmth i expect from a hotel of this caliber. the receptionist was not as cute as i anticipated. this gave me a slightly underwhelming first impression of the hotel.
